• A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% are required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the event date.

• If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling is subject to the Photographer’s availability and may incur an additional fee

• All images remain the property of the Photographer and are protected by copyright laws

• The Photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

• Wedding edited images will be delivered within [8-10 Weeks] while Portraits and other events will be delivered within 2 weeks via online gallery.

• The Photographer does not provide raw/unedited files contract unless paid for (40% of package price)

• The Photographer will take every reasonable step to ensure the safekeeping of the photographs. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, theft, or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received

• The Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to interference from third parties, venue restrictions, or adverse weather conditions.

• The Client agrees that the Photographer may use the images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing before the event

• Travel expenses for events outside 50miles will be charged to the Client.

• For destination weddings or events requiring overnight stays, accommodation costs must also be covered by the Client.

• Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

• By signing the contract and paying the deposit, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
